Have you been missing live music? Well, I have the newest way to get that same feeling as if you were back enjoying concerts. Asbury Sunset Presents “Live from Watermark” is a weekly series live streamed concerts hosted by one of Asbury’s premier beachfront gathering spots.
Des and the Sawgmatics held the stage on March 6 and brought a new kind of style to the beachfront spot. Des and the Swagmatics are an incredibly fun and talented band from Asbury Park, who’s music is a mixture of R&B, rock, soul, funk and pop sounds that will guarantee listeners to bust out their best dance moves!
Coming together with their shared love of Prince, the band created their unique sound of the great R&B voices of the 60s and 70s, the classic reggae and iconic 80s synth sounds and the smooth bass and grooves of the 90s R&B. While the band is known for their unique covers, they have released an original EP as well as their newest hit single “Back to Blue” with Telegraph Hill Records.
The Watermark concert series is currently airing live every weekend. So, go grab a drink and get ready to dance!
