Mission Statement from the Editor-In-Chief
My passion lies in writing and supporting other writers to do their best work. As Editor in Chief, I aspire to create an environment where students feel confident to speak what is on their mind. My goal with this publication is to give students a space to talk about what they value. Journalism is an opportunity to share knowledge with others. A voice is a powerful tool, and I want to encourage students to use it! Change can only be made when people come together to make a difference.
As Editor-in-Chief, I promise to deliver truthful narratives that promote our Mercy core values and give students access to share their stories.
If you have written something and want it to be considered for publication, please visit our submissions tab! The submission must be a Word document or PDF. Please make sure the submission is a completed draft and not a rough draft or outline. Thank you!
